For 10 years Bungie reigned in the gaming industry as they came out with one Halo hit after another. The fans couldn't get enough of it. It was a "Halo Frenzy" on the franchise and Bungie always came through. Sooner or later though the Halo mystic gradually wore down team Bungie and they decided to do bigger and better things. In 2007 they separated from Microsoft Game Studios and handed over the Halo franchise to 343 Industries as the new company of Halo development. 343 Industries vowed to take over the legendary franchise and continue to wow fans.
Now the Halo Franchise has developed into a Halo World of sorts. This particular world engages fans from all over allowing them to be engulfed by massive content such as animated movies, comic books, novels, and other multimedia content such as the Halo Waypoint console. The Halo Waypoint serves as a way of bring the fans of the Halo universe closer together. The Waypoint is a hub for Halo news, media, game tracking, and content. The Waypoint allows for gamers to track their statistics and compare them against the statistics of other gamers. Take a look at the video.
