
I love Sony and what they're doing with the PS3. They are way ahead of their time with the PS3 innovation. People just haven't really caught up to them just yet. It's like the gaming in

dustry doesn't really know what to do with the massive amount of technology that Sony has brought forth. I think its success will only grow in the future. You get a great system that doubles as a bluray player and triples as a computer with in itself. You can even browse the internet while your on it. The big seller for me was the bluray. The big thing now is backwards compatibility. Everyone wants to be able to play their old games on their new system. That's a very big thing for me. Well not so much considering that I still have the original Xbox and PlayStation 2. The case with Sony is that they're trying to find a better way for making PS2 games playable with the PS3. This is where the Emotion Engine Technology comes in. Now I'm one of the very lucky few to have purchased a PS3 with backwards compatibility. They have phased that out with the new releases of PS3s. It seems like they are reinvigorating the project with their recent patent. Check the news here:
